Cancellation Policy
No call/No show will result in the loss of the deposit and will be charged 100% of services booked. Client will be blocked from future bookings unless communicated otherwise. Cancellations 48 hours or less before the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of the deposit and 75% cancellation fee of the services booked. All fees must be paid in full to rebook. One rebook will be permitted unless communicated otherwise. Rescheduled appointments 24hrs or less will result in the loss of your deposit and a 50% charge of services booked. My policy is in place to prevent loss of income and time, it is implemented to cover both my business and financial obligations.
